The build record

What we build, and what state it’s in.

Each system is built once for one industry and installed inside a single operator’s business. This page is the honest status of each. Not a roadmap, and not a claim about what is coming.

Live

Systems running against real operations today.

Critical-minerals royalty
Live · private pilot
The deal desk for royalty and streaming capital. Holds an entire junior-mining universe in view, reads the technical reports behind each name, ranks candidates to a hard mandate, and values a royalty (net smelter return, gross royalty, or stream) to NPV on the timeline of a live negotiation. Validated out-of-sample against a specialist’s read before any claim was made for it.
Commercial real estate
Live · private pilot
Deal-sourcing and ownership-intelligence for brokerage. Resolves who owns what across fragmented public and licensed records, scores each holding against the operator’s buy-box, and surfaces where the next deal forms before it reaches a listing.
Field operations & outreach
Live in market
The whole outreach desk as one system. Nobody is contacted before they are understood: every target is assembled from authoritative public and licensed records: registries, business listings, state trade licences, de-duplicated by a real identity match, scored against the operator’s own mandate, and handed over with the rationale and a provenance stamp attached. Only then does it draft, in the operator’s own voice, hold follow-ups to a clock that starts at the verified send, and triage the inbox so nothing ready-to-buy goes cold. A prospect without a genuine, specific hook gets no approach at all. The desk would rather stay quiet than send something generic.
Capital markets
Live · private pilot
Deal-sourcing, valuation, and monitoring for a specialized investment desk. Surfaces the opportunity and who is on the other side of it.

In build

Working systems not yet in a client’s hands.

Wealth management
Working demo · in build
Compensation, billing, and carry-waterfall systems for advisory firms. One audit-trailed ledger across the seam that off-the-shelf tools refuse to cross.
Unified data platforms
In development
Consolidating a firm’s fragmented tooling into one owned, reconciled data layer, then rebundling the toolset as modules on top of it.
