Register of work
Where systems are running or in build.
The through-line
The problem was never local.
ServiceGuru’s original focus was the automation of the front office for local service businesses — answering the phone, chasing the review, filling the calendar. That work proved something wider and deeper than the product it started as: the constraint was never the phone. It was that the operator’s own information sat scattered across tools that could not talk to each other, so the decisions that actually moved the business got made late, or on instinct.
That is a larger problem than a missed call, and it belongs to no single trade. The same gap sits inside a brokerage, a royalty desk, and a construction firm. Different objects, same failure. So the work followed the problem out of the front office rather than staying where it was first found.
What the company builds now is the system that closes that gap: built once per industry, installed inside a single operator’s business, and owned by that operator. Commercial real estate, field operations, capital markets, critical-minerals royalty. The engagements are larger and the systems are bespoke, but the problem underneath them is the one the front office made visible.
The machine moves the earth.
You decide where.
Ground truth: the object the system reasons about
Standard of work
The system carries the work. You decide where judgment sits.
You choose where a person stands in the loop.
Some operators want a review on every send. Some want the system running unattended once it has earned it. We build both. What doesn’t change is that the gate is explicit, visible, and yours to move, never a default you inherited from us.0 messages the outreach desk sends on its own, because that client asked for it that way. Another client’s build sends without asking.
The client’s data stays the client’s.
Fully portable, never held hostage, and never used to build another client’s system.Reasoning is shown, not asserted.
Scores and recommendations carry the rationale that produced them, so the operator can check the work instead of trusting it, and so an unattended system can still be audited after the fact. The operator
Every system we build reports to a person.
Not to a dashboard nobody opens, and not to us.
That’s why it still runs in year two.
